Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Support in preparing financial reports, MIS, and monthly/annual closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Work closely with the Senior Accountant on audits and taxation-related work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Education: Post-graduation in Commerce/Accounting is mandatory.
• Professional Qualification: Completion of a professional course related to accounting (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent) is essential.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
