We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our team at the Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and leading successful resorts or hotels.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred.
