Industrial Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Industrial Trainee in all core departments at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in managing front office operations, including reception and concierge services.
• Support housekeeping staff in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate with food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is desirable.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
