Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist in Greater Noida. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessment and treatment of sensory, motor, and cognitive disorders. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.

  2. Therapy Sessions: Provide occupational therapy sessions to clients individually or in groups to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities.

  3. Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

  4. Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.

  5. Communicate with Clients and Families: Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education, support, and guidance.

  6. Stay Current with Best Practices: Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy, including attending workshops, conferences, and in-service training.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
  • Experience in Pediatrics and Medicine
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice in occupational therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
