**Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients, providing targeted therapy sessions both onsite and online.
- Develop detailed client reports, treatment plans, and home programs tailored to individual needs.
- Create interactive worksheets and tools for the company website to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with therapists and cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Drive research projects, develop proposals, and supervise data collection for clinical advancements.
- Partner with universities and research institutions for collaborative studies and clinical expertise.
- Prepare research papers and presentations for publication and professional dissemination.
- Write books on occupational therapy topics to promote industry knowledge and company expertise.
- Create high-quality digital content for e-learning, training courses, and promotional materials.
- Conduct internal and external training programs for therapists and clients across regions.
- Plan and deliver programs to build skills and ensure adherence to best practices in therapy.
- Travel for seminars, client consultations, and related events as per project requirements.
- Write blogs and articles to educate clients and promote the company’s offerings.
- Present research findings through posters and papers at conferences locally and internationally.
- Contribute to the overall development and progress of Speechgears and its projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (if required by local regulations).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient approach towards therapy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children or individuals with autism and related conditions.
- Familiarity with sensory integration therapy and assistive devices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
