We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the Sparkle Child Therapy Center team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, and motor challenges, helping them achieve independence and improved quality of life through therapeutic interventions. --- Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate children's functional abilities in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social participation. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and the child's specific goals. Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions focusing on sensory-motor development, handwriting, coordination, play, and daily self-care skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including psychologists, speech therapists, special educators, and nutritionists. Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding child’s progress, challenges, and strategies for home implementation. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training programs as required. Educate parents and caregivers on how to support therapy goals at home. Stay updated with the latest pediatric OT practices, tools, and equipment. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. Valid license or registration to practice (as per regional regulatory board). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred (freshers with internships in pediatrics are welcome). Sound knowledge of child development, sensory processing, and therapeutic approaches such as SI, NDT, and play therapy. Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with children and families in a therapeutic setting. --- Preferred Skills: Certification or training in Sensory Integration or related pediatric therapy techniques. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Familiarity with therapy tools and equipment used in sensory-motor integration.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
