Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to US customers regarding pending dues.
  • Negotiate repayment schedules and settlement plans.
  • Update and maintain accurate account information in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and internal policies.

Shift: Fixed Shift US EST (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
