Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager with PMP certification to lead and oversee strategic analytics programs. The role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving successful execution in a fast-paced analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize workflows using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensure stakeholder communication, reporting, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification required.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work with US Shift in Office (Hybrid)
