We are looking for an HR Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches operations, recruiting and employee development, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do:

  • Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Updating candidate tracking spreadsheets to create a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Participate in organizing company events and topical days.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department

  • Ability to work in a team, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
