Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Perform regression, functional, system, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing of resolved issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Generate detailed test reports and provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester/QA Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
