About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Scrum Master
with around
2 years of experience
in managing Agile development teams focused on
web and mobile application projects**
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
  • Guide and coach the development team on Agile best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Product Owner
    to manage and prioritize the
    product backlog
    .
  • Track project progress and maintain transparency through metrics like burndown charts and velocity reports.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web and application projects.
  • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines.
  • Support the organization's transition towards Agile methodologies if not fully adopted.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience
    as a
    Scrum Master
    or
    Agile Project Coordinator
    , especially in
    web and mobile app development projects
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Agile frameworks
    (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like
    Jira, Trello, or Asana
    .
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (
    CSM
    ),
    PSM I
    , or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with
    UI/UX workflows
    ,
    DevOps
    , or
    QA processes
    .
  • Exposure to
    API-based web development
    and
    cross-platform mobile app projects
    .
