Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead for a full-time, mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ecommerce. The role requires expertise in managing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand and services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in ecommerce marketing strategies with a minimum of 4 years in the digital marketing field.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing Meta and Google Ads to drive traffic and increase conversions (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in utilizing Shopify dashboards for performance tracking and analytics (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding and experience with Google Analytics for monitoring and reporting on website traffic and marketing campaigns.
  • Creative skills in using Canva for designing marketing collateral and promotional content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT for content generation and customer interaction automation.
  • Effective use of Trello or Notion for project management and task organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, focusing on maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data using Shopify dashboards to improve marketing efforts.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Leverage email marketing tools like Klaviyo to nurture and engage customers effectively.
  • Utilize analytics tools to report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing initiatives and share insights.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to implement innovative marketing practices and technologies.
