  • Managing and enhancing the Vulnerability Response application involves configuring, customizing, and integrating the application to meet specific security needs, often including tasks like vulnerability scanning integration, process automation, and data management.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Vulnerability response processes. Able to develop, configure and support vulnerability response application.
  • Deploying vulnerability response end-to-end, with hands-on installation of VR and supported application. Configuring Vulnerability Response Flow, performance analytics for VR.
  • Integrating vulnerability scanners/third party systems ( qualys, snyk etc.,) with ServiceNow for VR and AVR.
  • Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript. Able to write scripts for configuring assignment rules, approval rules and other modules in VR to automate the processes.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow features and applications to meet specific vulnerability management requirements.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer to design and configure workflows.
  • Hands-on experience ServiceNow components including defining ACLs, creation of business rules, client scripts, notifications, email scripts, script includes for customer requirements.
  • Able to work with Dashboards and reports. Enhance reporting capabilities for Vulnerability Response and Implement/support dashboard and reports.
  • Analyze existing security processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.

Successfully delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow Vulnerability response.
