Role Overview

At
Tackle
, we help brands scale with performance-driven marketing and influencer collaborations. We are looking for a
creative freelance designer
who can design engaging
ad creatives, motion graphics, and short animations
tailored for social media campaigns, primarily Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities

  • Design
    static and carousel ad creatives
    for Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
  • Create
    animated ad videos (10–30 sec)
    using motion graphics, product animations, or character-based elements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to
    understand campaign objectives
    and deliver conversion-focused creatives.
  • Ensure all visuals are
    aligned with brand guidelines
    and optimized for performance.
  • Stay updated with
    latest design and ad trends
    on social media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing
    Facebook/Instagram ads
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
    (or similar tools).
  • Ability to deliver
    high-quality motion graphics & animations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    ad formats, dimensions, and platform best practices
    .
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in designing
    story/reel ad formats
    .
  • Knowledge of
    performance marketing
    and how creatives drive conversions.
  • Familiarity with
    Canva, Figma, or 3D animation tools
    .
