We are looking for a Robotics & Mechatronics Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and deployment of robotic systems for industrial applications. The role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering with working knowledge of electronics and control systems, along with the ability to translate concepts into reliable, manufacturable solutions.

Reporting to: CEO

Job Purpose:

  • Ownership from Ideation to Prototype development.

  • Interaction and close coordination with multiple teams and vendors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop mechanical subsystems and robotic structures with a focus on reliability and manufacturability.
  • Support integration of electronics and embedded systems into mechanical designs.
  • Apply CAD modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate designs before production.
  • Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T, and DFM practices to ensure precision and cost-effective manufacturing.
  • Prototype, Manufacture and test components using methods such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, software, manufacturing) to deliver complete robotic systems.
  • Participate in design reviews, testing, and iteration cycles to refine product performance.
  • Contribute to documentation, BOM management, and project handovers for smooth manufacturing and deployment.
