Position: Technician

Work Type: Full-Time

Gender: Male/Female – Both can apply

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OMR sheet processing including scanning, verification, and data extraction.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, etc.) for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely generation of test/exam results.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to streamline workflows related to assessments and result processing.
  • Perform quality checks on OMR data and troubleshoot errors or mismatches.
  • Assist in setting up processes for large-scale assessments/examinations.
  • Generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments for technical and operational support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must be able to work with formulas, functions, macros, and large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience working in the OMR department or with OMR software/tools.
  • Good understanding of operational workflows, especially in educational or testing domains.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
