Remote Client Relations

HR Cloud is seeking a confident and articulate professional to serve as the primary representative of our brand. The role's first priority is to act as a sales representative conducting client meetings, cold calls, follow-up calls, managing CRM activities, delivering product demos, and supporting the sales process. Alongside sales responsibilities, the candidate will also create engaging face videos for social media, helping position HR Cloud as a modern and approachable brand in the HR technology space.(Assignment submission is mandatory)
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the face of HR Cloud in all client interactions, including cold calls, follow-ups, meetings, demos, and presentations
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and outreach campaigns
- Manage client relationships and track interactions using CRM tools
- Support the sales process by assisting in lead generation, qualification, and onboarding
- Conduct professional product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Create engaging face videos and digital content for social media to strengthen brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client outreach and promotional initiatives
