About the Job

HR Cloud is seeking a confident and articulate professional to serve as the primary representative of our brand. The role's first priority is to act as a sales representative conducting client meetings, cold calls, follow-up calls, managing CRM activities, delivering product demos, and supporting the sales process. Alongside sales responsibilities, the candidate will also create engaging face videos for social media, helping position HR Cloud as a modern and approachable brand in the HR technology space.(Assignment submission is mandatory)

Key responsibilities:

  1. Act as the face of HR Cloud in all client interactions, including cold calls, follow-ups, meetings, demos, and presentations
  2. Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and outreach campaigns
  3. Manage client relationships and track interactions using CRM tools
  4. Support the sales process by assisting in lead generation, qualification, and onboarding
  5. Conduct professional product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  6. Create engaging face videos and digital content for social media to strengthen brand visibility
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client outreach and promotional initiatives
