Job Description: Python Developer (3-4 Years of Experience)

Team: Naukrigulf Operations

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our Naukrigulf Operations Tech team. The role focuses on maintenance and enhancement of internal platforms, automating manual processes, and supporting cross-functional teams including Client Servicing, Sales, and Job Posting Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal dashboards and web applications using Python, Django, and MySQL.
  • Automate job posting workflows and report generation using Selenium and Pandas.
  • Automating manual and internal processes.
  • Understanding of operational processes.
  • Build and manage REST APIs for seamless data access across internal tools.
  • Implement and manage Celery for task scheduling and background processing.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and CRM teams to identify bottlenecks and develop tech solutions.
  • Work with Linux-based environments for deployment, debugging, and automation.
  • Create reusable scripts to streamline reporting from CSV/Excel files and drive decision-making.
  • Contribute to internal GenAI automation tools using ChatGPT, Gemini, and prompt engineering for ops efficiency.
  • Ensure robust documentation and maintain clean, modular, and scalable code.
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Python Developer with strong backend skills.
  • Proficient in Python, Django, MySQL, and Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation and web interaction.
  • Solid understanding of Pandas for data manipulation and Excel/CSV reporting.
  • Experience with Celery for background task processing.
  • Strong exposure to RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with integrating or experimenting with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, (Gemini).
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, own tasks, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in building tools for CRM, Sales Ops, or Job Portals.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and basic frontend tweaks.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI tools for internal workflows.
