Hiring: Chartered Accountant | Audit & Taxation Manager (2-4 Yrs PQE)

MJS And Co LLP is looking for a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant to join our team in Pune (Baner) as an Audit Manager.

About the Opportunity:

We are offering a challenging and growth-oriented role for Qualified CAs with 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). This position involves comprehensive accounting, compliance, and auditing responsibilities, offering a platform to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory & Tax Compliance:

* Lead and finalize Statutory Audit & FS

* Prepare Tax Audit Reports (Sec 44AB).

* Prepare and file personal and business Direct Tax and GST Returns.

Accounts & Financial Reporting:

* Finalize accounts and prepare Financial Statements for Companies and LLPs across diverse sectors (manufacturing, service, trading, etc.).

* Strong knowledge of book closure and finalization entries is essential.

Internal Controls & MIS:

* Implement Internal Financial Controls (IFC), including preparation of SOPs, RCMs, and control testing.

* Develop and prepare MIS reports to highlight key financial metrics and performance indicators for client decision-making.

Team Management:

* Supervise, review, and ensure the accuracy of team members' work.

* Provide essential training and guidance on audit procedures, tax laws, and compliance.

Experience & Skills Required

* PQE of 2 to 4 years in Statutory Audit, Accounts Finalization, Internal Audit, and IFC.

* Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Direct Tax and GST Compliance.

* Proficiency in accounting and auditing principles and practices.

* Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

* Advanced computer skills (MS Office) and prior working experience with various accounting/tax software is a must.

* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to resolve cross-departmental issues.
