The company is looking out for a professional to join it as Spare parts Coordinator (For Spare Parts Management )_Commercial Kitchen, Laundry equipments

Location: NEW DELHI

Reporting : Assistant Manager - Commercial

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience and Key Skills :

• Min. 3 – 4 years of experience in Spare Parts or Inventory Management.
• Individuals with experience in Handling Spare Parts of Commercial Kitchen Products will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities :

• Individual has to interface with Foreign or Local supplier for co-ordination for placing P.O. Tracking movement of Consignment and finally receiving the spare parts consignment.
• Responsible for maintaining stock of spare parts principal wise.
• Ensuring movement of spare parts for Stock and against customers' orders on FIFO basis.
• Updating Stocks on Daily basis and sharing update with Internal customer (Regional Service Heads) on fortnightly basis.
• Maintaining minimum level quantity for Critical and fast-moving Spare to ensure timely ordering.
• Keeping close level contact covering entire operation with Service Head.
• Strong Computer skills Good communication skills verbal & written.
• Must be strong on Excel and Tally/ Busy software.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream / Diploma in Inventory Management/ Diploma in Engineering
• Effective overall personality and result oriented attitude.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
