Its comprehensive facilities make it a preferred destination for leisure and business travelers alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Associate located in Bengaluru. The Laundry Associate will be responsible for sorting, cleaning, washing, drying, ironing, and folding hotel linens and guest items. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, performing minor equipment maintenance, and ensuring each item meets the hotel's high-quality standards. The candidate will work closely with the housekeeping staff to manage inventory and ensure timely service, maintaining attention to detail and customer service excellence.Qualifications- Proficiency in laundry processes including washing, ironing, folding, and using laundering equipment - Experience in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of laundry equipment and areas - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Commitment to providing high standards of service and consistency in results - Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting or carrying loads - Prior experience in the hospitality industry or laundry operations is preferred - Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
