  • OPD Billing – Generate accurate OPD bills for consultations, procedures, and diagnostics.
  • IPD Billing – Prepare admission, interim, and final discharge bills with all charges updated.
  • Payment Collection – Collect and record payments (cash, card, UPI, insurance, TPA).
  • Insurance/TPA Coordination – Handle pre-authorizations, approvals, and billing queries.
  • Record Maintenance – Ensure proper entry of patient details, invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances.
  • Query Handling – Address patient/relative billing concerns with clarity and professionalism.
  • Reporting – Submit daily collection and outstanding reports to the accounts/management team.
  • Compliance – Follow hospital financial policies, maintain confidentiality, and minimize billing errors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
