Greet and welcome Patients & other visitors as they arrive at Hospital.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and Hospital
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. Pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain hospital security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order from Hospitalsupplies and keep inventory of stock
- Must have knowledge of Computer work inclusive of soft entries, excel, ms word document.
- Software handling of hospital for billing, IPD, OPD files [ training will be provided]
- Petty cash & other expenses handling.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
