NEBOSH Lead Trainer / Health & Safety Faculty (Accreditation Development Role)Location:Chennai, Tamil NaduEmployment Type:Full-Time / Contract (Hybrid or Onsite)About the Organization:A reputed ISO training and certification body, accredited by IRCA for 7 Lead Auditor Schemes, is expanding into Health and Safety Education through a new NEBOSH-accredited training division. The organization aims to establish itself as a recognized NEBOSH learning partner offering IGC and other international safety programs.Key Responsibilities:1. NEBOSH Accreditation Preparation

  • Develop, document, and implement all systems required for NEBOSH Learning Partner accreditation (LP1 to LP3 compliance).
  • Prepare application documentation including policies, procedures, learning partner evidence, and quality management framework.
  • Liaise with NEBOSH during the accreditation review process.

2. Curriculum & Material Development

  • Design training materials aligned with NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), Level 2 Awards, and Level 6 Diplomas.
  • Customize course manuals, lesson plans, presentation decks, and assessment guidance following NEBOSH syllabus standards.
  • Ensure training resources meet NEBOSH's Learning Outcome and Assessment Criteria requirements.

3. Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended sessions for NEBOSH IGC and foundation-level safety courses.
  • Deliver high-quality, interactive sessions that promote learner participation and practical understanding.
  • Conduct formative assessments and mock exams in alignment with NEBOSH evaluation formats.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Develop an internal training quality assurance system following NEBOSH Learning Partner Standards.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of training processes.
  • Implement trainer evaluation, learner feedback, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

5. Organizational System Support

  • Assist in establishing document control, training management, and learner support systems integrated with existing IRCA structures.
  • Coordinate with academic administration for learner registration, assessment submission, and result management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Safety Management.
  • NEBOSH International Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent qualification (mandatory for IGC delivery).
  • Certified NEBOSH tutor or prior experience delivering NEBOSH courses (IGC, IDip, or Level 2).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Health & Safety training, including industrial safety exposure.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems (9001, 45001, preferred.
  • Experience in developing training content and accreditation documentation will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of NEBOSH curriculum, learning methodologies, and assessment systems.
  • Strong documentation and process design skills for accreditation setup.
  • Effective classroom communication and learner engagement techniques.
  • Ability to coordinate with external accreditation bodies and auditors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
