Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), assist in reporting performance, and provide insights to guide content improvements.

Community Engagement

  • Help manage audience interactions, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a thriving online fintech community.

Market Awareness

  • Support the team in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations to inform content and campaign strategies.
