Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our travel agency operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensure smooth operations, drive sales performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and guide the team towards achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations including ticketing, tours, visa services, and customer service.

  • Manage and lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, vendors, and corporate clients.

  • Monitor daily financial transactions, sales reports, and operational expenses.

  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance branch visibility and profitability.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for management review.

  • Coordinate with head office and other branches for smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and travel regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage budgets effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
