Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be pivotal in configuring our PeopleSoft system for new entities while ensuring seamless payroll and benefits integration, ultimately enhancing our operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure PeopleSoft to set up new entities tailored to varying business needs.
  • Implement and manage PeopleSoft Global Payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize interfaces effectively to facilitate data flow between PeopleSoft and other systems.
  • Oversee GL Data integration, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues related to payroll and benefits.
  • Document configuration processes and system changes to maintain operational continuity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of PeopleSoft features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft, specifically in configuration and payroll management.
  • Proven expertise in PeopleSoft Global Payroll and benefits modules.
  • Strong understanding of data interfaces and the integration of systems.
  • Extensive experience in financial data integration within PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment as part of a global team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
