Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan production activities to meet customer orders on time, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee daily operations of blown film, printing & packaging, extrusion process, LLDPE, HDPE, PVC, PET, and other plastic manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality output.
  • Manage manpower effectively to achieve efficient production outcomes.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Quality, Maintenance) for smooth operation.
  • Responsibility to head the Production Department.
  • To comply and maintain Company's Objective and Quality Procedure as per QMS.
  • To ensure production lines are running smoothly with low material wastage and high production yield (as indicate by Management) with optimum utilization of all the machines.
  • Responsible to identify training needs for staff either on-job-training and I or other
  • trainings.
  • Responsible to plan, organize and making good communication at all levels.
  • Responsible to motivate and lead the Production department in an effective way.
  • Responsible to comply with factory Act.
  • Participation in regular internal and external audits on the quality systems.
  • Responsible in keeping and maintaining SS in factory premises.
  • Identify areas for continual improvement.
  • To do any other job assigned by Management.
  • Responsible to follow safety norms as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 11-21 years of experience in Blown Film Extrusion Industry or related field.
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Plastics/Rubber), CIPET or plastic related any course.
  • Strong understanding of CIPET technologies such as Colour Matching Masterbatches Printing And Packaging.
