Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Blue Prism Senior Developer & Technical Architect

We are looking for a Lead who has experience in design, development, and maintenance of RPA applications using Blue Prism. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions aligned with business goals. Act as a technical architect to design the overall solution architecture for Blue Prism implementations ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

•    Analyze and document business processes in detail for automation feasibility.

•    Design and implement RPA solutions that leverage Blue Prism components such as Control Room, Process Studio, and Object Studio.

•    Perform technical architectural tasks including system design for scalability, high availability, and security of Blue Prism deployments.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Blue Prism environment, including queue management and system integration.

•    Create and maintain architectural documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

•    Mentor and lead RPA developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in coding, design, and performance.

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

•    Stay current with RPA technologies and incorporate new tools or methods to improve the automation ecosystem.

•    Support UAT and deployment phases, and manage technical escalations.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•    Experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

•    Practical experience designing or implementing solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder.

•    Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts—autonomous AI agents, task orchestration, and AI-driven process automation.

•    Excellent skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.

•    Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook integration).

•    Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•    Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Prism development and components.

•    Proven expertise in RPA solution architecture and integration with enterprise systems.

•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•    Knowledge of security practices related to RPA implementations.

•    Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor teams and liaise with stakeholders.
