Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at YAVIS Restaurant in Rourkela. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining food and beverage quality standards. The role includes tasks such as recruiting, training, and supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The Restaurant Manager will also be in charge of inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
