• Drive end-to-end growth within existing client portfolios by identifying new opportunities across digital, cloud, data, and AI engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives to position Chetu as a strategic technology partner.
• Own P&L, forecast accuracy, and growth targets across assigned accounts.
New Business Acquisition & Presales Leadership:
• Lead presales activities RFP responses, solution, pricing, and executive presentations ensuring strategic alignment with client priorities. Engaging the right SMEs from Practices.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop customized proposals that demonstrate measurable business value and innovation.
• Define and execute regional and vertical-specific growth strategies.
New Customer acquisition including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, tech calls.
Cross-Functional & People Leadership:
• Manage and mentor cross-functional global teams (delivery, presales, and operations).
• Drive accountability, communication, and goal alignment across all stakeholders.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, retention, and career development initiatives.
Brand Representation & Industry Engagement:
• Represent Chetu at client meetings, technology summits, webinars, and panel discussions.
• Promote the company's capabilities through thought leadership on AI, digital transformation, and data modernization.
