With early funding established, Think41 is looking to assemble an all-star engineering team passionate about Gen AI tools and ecosystems.

Role summary :

Own end-to-end retail analytics (pricing, promos, assortment, demand, inventory, returns) and convert data into decisions through rigorous analysis, dashboards, and experiments. Partner with business, product, and engineering - and act as a decision gate for selective AI-agent actions.

Responsibilities :

- Own diagnostic and opportunity analyses across sales, margin, category/basket, stockouts/returns; recommend actions with quantified impact.

- Build/maintain executive-grade dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); automate recurring reporting; ensure metric definitions are consistent.

- Design and evaluate A/B tests / quasi-experiments for pricing, promotions, CRM, and UX; communicate trade-offs and decision confidence.

- Write high-quality SQL/Python to wrangle large datasets; validate with robust checks and clear documentation.

- Partner with data engineering on data quality, definitions, lineage, and pipeline improvements; raise and track data issues to closure.

- Present insights to senior stakeholders with crisp narratives; drive decisions and follow through to measured outcomes.
