Project Manager for Civil & Interiors is responsible for overseeing projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key duties include developing project plans, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects, designers, and contractors, conducting site inspections, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing risks. This role requires a strong understanding of both civil engineering and interior fit-out processes. Core responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage costs to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure all milestones are met on time.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all work meets required standards, codes, and design intent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, review change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication with the project team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing both civil and interior fit-out projects.
  • A degree in a related field like Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design is often required.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38, ₹42,000.00 per month
