We're looking for a strong Frontend Engineer to help us design, build, and scale frontend platforms. You'll work closely with backend, design, and product teams to build reliable platforms, optimize performance, and ensure our systems are secure and maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using ReactJS/NextJS and modern front-end tooling.
• Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to translate business and UX requirements into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Implement reusable UI components and libraries, following best practices for state management, routing, and API integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring consistency with team standards.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing to decisions on frameworks, libraries, and front-end architecture.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and handle data flow effectively.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers when needed, and continuously improve front-end code quality.
• Work on greenfield projects as part of the core team, helping shape products from concept to launch.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and modern styling solutions (CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind, etc. ).
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API), and React Hooks.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL and handling async data flow.
• Good grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc. ) and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with unit testing/component testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc. ).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, or analytics integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience with TypeScript or .
• Familiarity with frontend monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, New Relic Browser, Firebase Performance, and AWS CloudWatch RUM.
• Exposure to A/B testing or feature flag frameworks.
• Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page load performance optimization.
• Contribution to open-source projects or building internal UI libraries.
