  • Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant in delivery areas like Fusion Order to Shipping, Pricing, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
  • Successfully executed business processes like- Order to Cash cycles (Standard, Back to Back, Ship Only, Bill Only and Return, GOPs and OM Setups etc.,), Procure to Pay (SSP, Negations, Sourcing, Agreements, Supplier Creation, Supplier Portal, Approvals, TAD, Etc. Inventory Management (Inventory Transactions, Counting, Inventory Min Max planning etc.,)
  • Good knowledge in the True Cloud Methodology, Documentation, Configuration of Applications, Testing, EndUser Training and Supporting Oracle SCM modules.
  • Good knowledge in developing and writing Test scripts and Execution of Test Scripts in applications to perform User Acceptance Testing.
  • Extensively testing fusion procure to pay cycle and other procurementscenarios.
  • Extensively testing fusion orderto cash cycle and other Order Managementscenarios.
  • Interacting with manager daily and weekly and submitting statusreports.
  • Troubleshooting and solving the issuesrelated to Oracle SCM Modules.
  • Identification of business-level testscenarios and test cases and testing the scenariosin different instances.
  • Testing on reports and loading data through FBDI.

HCM

  • Serve as the solution architect and functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements, design scalable HCM solutions, and translate them into Oracle Cloud functionality.
  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Time and Labor
  • Compensation
  • Benefits (multiple plans/structures)
  • Drive and lead discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, functional workshops, and solution design discussions.
  • Develop and review functional design documents, test scripts, training materials, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations, conversions, and reporting deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and oversight during UAT, data validations, and go-live cutovers.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, data privacy, and best practices for HCM operations.
  • Mentor client-side users and junior consultants as needed.
