Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using ExpressJS.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript.
  • Utilise GIT for version control to manage and track code changes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in ExpressJS and a solid understanding of its core principles.
  • Experience with GIT for version control and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with backend development tools and practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be a graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in backend development is a plus but not required.
