Job Description – Account Executive
Position: Account Executive
Location: Noida
Department: Accounts
Reports To: Account Manager
Role Overview:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product/service pitches.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets or KPIs.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and reports in CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing contracts, quotations, and other necessary documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (freshers may also apply for junior roles).
- Experience in [industry – FMCG/Advertising/IT/etc.] preferred.
Salary Range:
[Insert range depending on company policy, e.g., ₹18,000 – ₹23,500 per month + incentives/bonuses]
