Human Resource Intern

Shaapa Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization engaged in retail and e-commerce. We believe in building a strong team culture and are looking for an enthusiastic HR fresher to support our HR operations and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Support the HR team in handling day-to-day employee queries.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with payroll coordination and preparation of reports.
- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome; internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
