Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed building information models, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, updating models based on feedback, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler
  • Strong background in Architecture and understanding of construction processes
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry standards like ASHRAE, SMACNA, and IECC
