Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for conducting audits, tax preparation, compliance reviews, and strategic advisory for clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising on business plans, and working closely with clients to meet their specific needs. The role also involves collaboration with team members and staying updated with the latest regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in audit and tax preparation
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and strategic advisory
  • Strong financial reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Relevant experience in the NBFC sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred
