Accounts Executive
who will manage financial operations while also supporting payroll and HR-related functions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
proactive Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, invoicing, payroll, and office employee attendance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in
Tally ERP
,
GST & TDS compliance
, employee attendance tools, and
salary processing
. This role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless financial and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain daily accounting records and entries in
    Tally ERP (ERP 9 / Prime)
    .
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and journal entries.
  • Perform
    bank reconciliations
    and vendor/client account reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper filing of vouchers, bills, and financial records.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file
    GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
    on time.
  • Handle
    TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing
    .
  • Assist during audits and statutory compliance reporting.

Invoicing & Client Coordination

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
  • Follow up for payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Draft and send professional financial correspondence via
    email
    .

Payroll & Employee Attendance

  • Track and manage
    employee attendance through office tools/software
    .
  • Calculate and process
    monthly salaries, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements
    .
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT if applicable).
  • Coordinate with management for salary disbursement and employee-related payments

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare
    monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets
    .
  • Share periodic financial updates with management.
  • Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    and
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and payroll processing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    attendance management tools
    (Biometric/Software).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
