Job Description
  • Minimum experience: 1-2 years
  • We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 2-3 years' experience. The social media manager will be responsible for social listening, reporting and insights generation.
  • Skills: Social Media Analytics, Social media Management, Digital Marketing, Creative ideation, Media Monitoring, Instagram marketing, moment marketing, Analytical skills, Hands-on experience on PowerPoint & excel
The role will also be responsible for day-to-day research, social media monitoring, moderation and tasks like:-
• Set business-unit and corporate social media targeting, reach, engagement and conversion goals
• Work with stakeholders to define KPI's for success and track against them
• Work with social media and digital leadership to help evolve agency metrics processes and techniques
• Measure the impact and return of social media efforts
• Analyze results to identify business insights, opportunities and recommendations
• Analyse social landscape and audience buzz volume, frequency, velocity, demographics, and related dimensions
