Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in New Delhi. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing day-to-day activities on various social media platforms. This includes creating, curating, and scheduling content, implementing optimization strategies, analyzing the performance of campaigns, and engaging with online audiences to strengthen the company's digital presence. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team to maintain and enhance brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and response management
  • Track performance using insights and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for campaign execution
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools
  • Ability to create basic graphics or coordinate with design teams
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Understanding of current trends and platform algorithms

Salary : upto 25k per month
