We are a trusted IT services provider specializing in software maintenance, application support, and technology solutions across diverse domains. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Pune and support mission-critical web applications for our clients.

Role Overview

The Software Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and performing minor enhancements and upgrades to existing web applications. The role is focused on software maintenance services and requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding expertise, and knowledge of databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 10–15 application support calls per week and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve errors in web applications.
  • Perform minor enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes as required.
  • Collaborate with users and internal teams to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Work on application layers involving JavaScript, JSP, Java, J2EE, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Oracle, and MSSQL.
  • Maintain proper documentation of troubleshooting steps, fixes, and resolutions.
  • Ensure application stability, performance, and security while handling support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software maintenance/application support.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, Java, JavaEE, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring Boot.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL databases.
  • Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to perform minor upgrades and enhancements in existing applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with end-users.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Spring Integration and production support.
  • Exposure to application performance monitoring and log analysis.
  • Prior experience in onsite software maintenance roles is an advantage.
