Job Title: Executive-Technical

Location: Limda

Reports to (Position): Divisional head

Department/Function: Technical

Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line): NA

Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line): NA

Number of Outsourced Reports: NA

Purpose of the Job:

Support to manufacturing functions as Product industrialization in-charge to release the new products on time, Improve productivity and process by analyzing activities like process trouble shooting , analysis and corrective action for improvement etc.

Major Responsibilities:

Tyre engineering calculations and preparation of Tyre Engineering Standards.

Process proving of new radial tyres.

Development and control of tyre manufacturing specifications and Machine setup specifications.

Development and control of In Process Standards.

Review finished product testing and take corrective action and coordinate product-testing activities (indoor).

Participate in product development activity of new radial tyres.

Conduct plant trials for product / process improvement and implement them and coordinate production and dispatch of tyres.

Review of product weights and control through corrective actions.

Training of subordinates and cross-functional executives.

Reviews of regular check tyres and take corrective actions.

Review and take corrective actions for cut tyre rating improvement.
