Overview
As an intern, you will provide critical support to the team in assisting the client and its project partners engaged in delivering a multi-stakeholder maternal healthcare project spread across states. This will allow you to gain meaningful exposure to public health strategy, stakeholder management, and the operational realities of driving large-scale social change. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-impact project and develop core consulting skills.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Project Management & Operational Support:
• Provide comprehensive support to the client's Program Enablement Unit (PEU) towards meeting project deliverables
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and calls with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. leading professional organisations, healthcare providers, etc.)
• Prepare clear meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and diligently track action items to ensure project momentum.
• Help maintain and organise project documentation, databases, and trackers.
• Strategic and Analytical Contribution:
• Support the team in developing high-quality presentations, concept notes, and strategic frameworks.
• Conduct secondary research on topics and analyse existing program data to inform project strategy
• Assist in synthesising research findings and data into concise summaries, insights, and talking points.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, offering fresh perspectives on complex challenges.
• Stakeholder Engagement Support:
• Assist in preparing materials for engagements with key stakeholders, including senior client leadership, experts and implementation partners.
• Support in drafting professional communications, official emails, and follow-ups to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Who We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Core Skills:

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Exceptional organisational skills.

• Personal Qualities:

• A genuine passion for the social sector and a deep interest in public health or healthcare.

• Diligent, hardworking and open to feedback
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Maturity and professionalism to interact with senior stakeholders.
