Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of high-impact influencer campaigns for renowned brands. The ideal candidate blends strong client servicing, creator strategy, and people leadership to translate brand objectives into compelling proposals, flawless execution, and measurable business outcomes across macro, micro and nano-influencer programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Define influencer strategies aligned to brand objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
  • Design tiered influencer approaches (macro, micro, nano) and recommend optimal mixes, KPIs and activation timelines.
  • Proposal Development & New Business Support
  • Lead development of client-facing proposals: creative concepts, media plans, influencer selection rationale, budgets, measurement frameworks, and timelines.
  • Present campaign approaches confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end execution: influencer sourcing & outreach, briefing, content review & approval, compliance, publishing, and amplification.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal/external resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Creator Strategy & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent management partners.
  • Ensure authentic creative collaborations, negotiate fair rates, and manage contracts and usage rights.
  • Measurement & Optimization
  • Define meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks (reach, engagement, view-through, and referral/conversion metrics).
  • Analyze performance, draw insights, and iterate mid-flight to improve ROI; deliver post-campaign insights and recommendations.
  • Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for delivery; manage expectations, escalate risks, and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, paid media, analytics, and legal).
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Lead and mentor a delivery team; allocate tasks, track performance, and support career development.
  • Drive improvements in workflows, templates, tooling, and best practices to scale high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital/social campaign delivery, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
  • Proven track record managing high-impact campaigns for well-known consumer brands across macro, micro and nano-influencer tiers.
  • Strong experience creating client proposals and presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems, talent negotiation, contracts, usage rights, and FTC/advertising compliance.
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with campaign analytics, attribution, reporting tools, and deriving actionable insights.
  • People leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and managing delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with paid social amplification alongside organic influencer content.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN), social analytics tools, and UTM-based measurement.
