Work Hours: 8 hours/day (On-ground presence required)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence of three distinct brands under one roof — including clothing boutiques and a pastry store. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of content creation, storytelling, brand engagement, and digital marketing initiatives, all while working on-site with a hands-on creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies for each brand
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
  • Handle daily operations of the social media pages, ensuring regular and consistent posting
  • Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
  • Drive and coordinate brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and pop-up events
  • Support the planning and execution of the store's soft launch activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to align content with the brand's tone, voice, and campaigns
  • Monitor analytics and engagement data to optimize content performance
  • Stay up to date with current trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience with video editing for platforms like Instagram and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of design aesthetics, brand identity, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with fashion, food, or lifestyle content is a plus
