This role is designed to develop future leaders within the organization by providing comprehensive training across various departments. The program aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to assume managerial positions within the company.

Key Responsibility:

  • Participate in an intensive training program across multiple departments, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on various business activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company.

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of business operations and management principles.
  • Awareness of the concrete equipment manufacturing industry is a plus.

Qualifications:
