About the role
As the Admin & Finance lead, you'll be responsible for the company's operational backbone. You'll manage payments, vendors, compliance, and bookkeeping. You'll work directly with our finance and legal teams to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
We're a small team, which means your scope will vary greatly – from reconciling accounts to managing purchase orders, coordinating filings, and tracking inventory. You will be the person who keeps the machine running to allow r&d, production, and testing to run without friction.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who appreciates structure, detail, and accountability.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Take pride in keeping things organized, compliant, and on time.
- Enjoy taking vague or chaotic processes and turning them into systems that work.
- Are comfortable working across bookkeeping, vendor management, and admin ops.
- Have strong follow-through — if something's pending, you'll chase it down until it's done.
- Have spent time in and around technical environments (strong pro if you have an engineering background)
Roles & Responsibilites
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Manage payments, purchase orders, receipts, and track inventory/consumables. Ensure we never run out of raw materials.
- Admin Operations: Manage office utilities, rent, payroll, and internal expense reimbursements.
- Legal & Compliance Coordination: Work with lawyers on contracts, corporate filings, and intercompany documentation.
- Bookkeeping & Accounts: Maintain accurate books, reconcile accounts, coordinate with external accountants for filings and compliance.
This role is full-time and in-person in Kada Agrahara, Bangalore.
